Returns Policy

At OXIVO we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have the right to return your order under South African consumer law.

Cooling-off period

Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA), you have the right to cancel an online transaction within 7 business days of receiving the product, without penalty and without giving a reason. As a goodwill gesture, OXIVO extends this to a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

Product condition

For a return to be accepted, the OXIVO Pulse product must be unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories and seals intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, devices showing signs of use cannot be accepted.

How to request a return

Email us at [email protected] with your full name, the email address used for the order and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions and the return address.

Refund

Once the product has been received and checked, we will process the refund of the amount paid for it via the same payment method used, within a maximum of 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error in the order.

Defective products

If the product arrives defective or damaged, we will cover all return costs and send you a replacement or a full refund, at your choice, in line with your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Please notify us as soon as you notice the issue.
